rad-i-kul (rad' i cool) is a flip permutation of radical, selected for Internet domain name brand uniqueness but adapting specific nuances of the source concept:
- a focus on core values and business fundamentals
- favoring extreme change in socioeconomic structure
Business is a social as well as an economic activity. Ignore either at your own peril. In Japanese, the two kanji characters for company (kaisha), when reversed, mean society (shakai). Organizational design is as critical as financial planning.
There must be a fit between strategy, structure and process for a business to succeed. The tighter the fit, the more functional the company; the looser, the more likely to lose.
Change is constant, sometimes gradual, often disruptive, always dynamic. Plan for it, embrace it, deal with it.
The mission of radikul associates is to help our clients succeed in getting to the next stage.
